The Sushi Ginza Story

Born July 2011 by Ray Ang, Anthony Moss and their Head Chef Y.J Lee in the kitchen of renowned Sydney restaurant Zushi, a multiple-award winning restaurant located in Darlinghurst and Surry Hills. Sushi Ginza prides themselves on their 3 day shelf life, thaw fresh sushi products and Japanese meals, made fresh in our kitchens, avaliable in supermarkets, canteens, army bases, cafes and much more!

The aim of Sushi Ginza is to establish a new era in the way Australians eat there takeaway sushi – made with love and delivered to a store near you.

Operating across Australia Sushi Ginza serves more Australians fresh meals and sushi every day, than anyone else! Currently sold in over 300 outlets, you can find Sushi Ginza in Woolworths, Thomas Dux, Coles, Schools, Universities and throughout Airports, and coming soon on-board selected Jetstar flights.

Sushi Ginza is a part of the successful umbrella company Pacific Retail Management who owns and manages five key brands across both the retail and wholesale markets.
